Ruchi’s Baking Block started very simply – with me baking for the people around me. Birthdays, celebrations, small get-togethers, little boxes of brownies sent with love. And over time, word travelled.
What began as something deeply personal slowly became a bakery trusted by thousands of customers across Mumbai. Even now, after all these years, I still approach every order the same way: I make it like it’s going to someone I know personally.
